Administrative Assistant
The Halifax County Chamber of Commerce is seeking an Administrative Assistant with basic bookkeeping skills to support our office. Administrative responsibilities include maintaining office files, member records, equipment, and supplies; working with the public and volunteers; and maintaining the master calendar and online calendar of events. Bookkeeping responsibilities include processing accounts payable, receivables, and making bank deposits.
