Requirements :

One year experience in the green industry
General knowledge of horticultural and maintenance practices
Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills in English
Familiarity with techniques and equipment used for landscape maintenance
18 years of age with a valid Virginia driver's license
Knowledge of hauling & backing trucks & trailers
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Basic computer skills for data entry
General knowledge of all maintenance techniques and practices
Knowledge of a safety and PPE requirements
Ability of operate & maintain equipment such as blowers, mowers, weedeaters, trimmers, etc.
