Requirements:

One year experience in the green industry
General knowledge of horticultural and maintenance practices
Strong leadership skills
Familiarity with techniques and equipment used for landscape maintenance
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
Basic computer skills for data entry
Effective communication skills in English
18 years of age with a valid Virginia driver's license
