Anderson Outdoor Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our growing team as a Landscaping Team Leader. A Team Leader will directly supervise a crew on the job site while ensuring both their safety and customer satisfaction. The Landscape Team Leader leads by example, setting the standard for quality, professionalism, and teamwork while delivering high-quality landscape maintenance service. 

The Landscape Team Leader should have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.  They should be well-versed in all landscape techniques and up to date on all safety policies. This role requires someone who can effectively organize daily operations, motivate crew members, and serve as a key link between field teams and management.
