2025-2026 Awards Nomination Form
Halifax County’s outstanding businesses, organizations, and individuals will be recognized at the Halifax County Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Meeting and Awards Celebration on March 26, 2026. Help us recognize the people and businesses that are making a difference in our community.
Instructions: Complete the form below for each award nomination you wish to submit. Self-nominations are accepted.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a member in good standing with the Halifax County Chamber of Commerce (current members are listed in our online directory)
- Must not have won in the past 2 years
Presented to a business or organization that is an industry leader in their respective market and has a history of success. Qualifying organizations must exemplify strong business and civic leadership, community involvement, good management practices, and financial soundness.

Presented to an individual who demonstrates leadership, community involvement, embraces innovation and recognizes contributions of others to the organization's success. This person exemplifies a reputation of personal integrity and fair business practices and is a role model for the others in the business community.

Presented to an individual demonstrating leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, community service and involvement, professional achievement, and perseverance. This person must live and/or work in Halifax County.

This award honors an individual who has shown exceptional commitment to volunteer service, generously giving their time and talents to support the Chamber and/or the Halifax County community, and making a meaningful positive impact through their dedication.
