Paws in the Park
Paws in the Park is presented by the Women's Club of Halifax County as well as Paws & Claws SPCA of Halifax County, and various other charities. The event will include a 5K Poker Run/Walk (3.1 Miles) as well as a 1 mile Children's Fun Run, Kiddie Doggie Walk, and Doggie Contests consisting of a costume and cool tricks contests. This event will take place rain or shine. First place prize will be a 2 night cabin stay at Staunton River State Park. More prizes announced the day of the event.
