Gateway Health, The Halifax Physician Hospital Organization, and The Halifax County Chamber of Commerce are pleased to bring Southside Solutions. This is a semi-annual event dedicated to helping local businesses navigate the challenging environment of healthcare.
The speaker will be Beth Maiden, Employee Benefits, BB&T Insurance Services. Beth will speak on Health Care Reform: What Employers Need to Know. An update on healthcare changes for you, your employees and your business. Topics covered include the updated timeline for implementation, new employer taxes and notifications, new market reforms, and other payroll changes. **Information geared for employers with 50 or more employees.
