She will officially start her duties with the Chamber on Monday, December 1. Throckmorton is well-acquainted with our organization as she previously worked under the leadership of former Chamber President, Nancy Pool.

After a thorough search and interview process, the Board unanimously agreed that Susan brings the ideal combination of leadership experience, the ability to build strong relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and inspire collaboration among the Chamber, businesses, community partners, and local leaders. We look forward to working closely with Susan as she leads the Chamber into its next chapter of growth.

I am excited to be back. The strength of this county lies in its people, and I am eager to work alongside you all as the new Chamber President. I am looking forward to helping our business community grow, thrive, and be even stronger,” added Throckmorton.
