Fruit of the Spirit Massage & Wellness has some exciting news to share! Please join me in welcoming Jana Sheaffer, LMT to our team.

Jana has been a massage therapist since 2004. She is a graduate of Lansdale School of Business, where she completed their massage therapy program.
Along with owning her own spa, she has worked at The Chocolate Spa in Hershey, PA, and most recently at the Salamander Resort and Spa in Middleburg, VA. She is also the founder and creator of Footprints Body Work. A massage modality program designed in accordance with a Christian system. This program supports massage therapists in meeting their continuing education requirements.

Jana will be offering Therapeutic massage, Deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, medical/neuromuscular massage, and Ashiatsu massage. Ashiatsu means “foot pressure” in Japanese. In this modality, the therapist utilizes their feet during the massage therapy session to provide a deeper, more focused massage. This form of relaxation allows the receiver to not only feel like a ragdoll when finished but is designed to not leave the soreness associated with traditional deep tissue massage.

Pampering and relaxation are Jana's #1 goals. Whether she is using her hands (or feet) she desires that every client leave her massage table feeling tranquil, peaceful, comforted, and encouraged.

When not in the spa, Jana Leigh enjoys her passion for flying, riding her motorcycle, writing, and hosting events.

She is a long-term member of the Flying Circus Air Show in Bealeton, VA, where she is an air show performer. She and her husband Doug have recently relocated to the Halifax area. The two also enjoy taking their Boston Terrier "Roscoe" out on adventures.

Jana will be available for massage in October 2026 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-8pm and Fridays from 10-3pm, Please let us know if you are interested in getting on her schedule. She is excited to see everyone!
