About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, well-resourced environment. Ideal for an NP who values clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term growth in a stable community practice.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Provide patient education and preventive care counseling
• Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Schedule:
• 4.5 days per week • Half day reserved as dedicated administrative/charting time — no after-hours documentation expected
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
• Quarterly productivity bonus potential
• 20 days PTO per year + 8 paid holidays

• $1,000 annual CME allowance Qualifications:
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program
• Current NP license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain
• Board certification — FNP, AGNP, or equivalent
• Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
