Hudson Heritage Farms Fermented Foods Class with Special Guest Instructor Sharon Munyak from Hobby Hill Farms
Fermented Foods Yes or No? Are you on the fence as to the benefits or are you concerned that your food will spoil?
In our fermented class we will discuss how to get started on Fermenting Vegetables. So many of our foods are fermented and we just don’t even give them a thought. We love Sauerkraut. This is one of the easiest foods to start with and you determine when to stop the process. Each participant will receive a Starter Fermentation Package which includes a Quart Jar, Head of Cabbage, Salt, Pickle Pipe & Glass Weight. We will talk about the different vessels and air locks available in the retail sector.
