Participants will be active in the preparation of the food, enjoy a family style meal together, and be provided with the recipes. We will go over ingredients and where to get them, discuss history and travel in the northwestern region of Sicily and enjoy wine with our meal! This is a hands-on and demonstration class. All participants will need to bring with them is an apron and appetite. Participants will make a pasta, a fish, and a bread (Busiate al Siciliano, Polpette di Pesce Siciliano, Focaccia, plus a lagniappe). Dairy, wheat, and nuts will be used during the class.
