The Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center in South Boston, Virginia is looking to add an experienced morning line cook to its culinary team!
The right candidate will prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment. Applicants must have both line and banquet experience and be available to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
Additional duties include: Ensuring proper food handling and storing practices are being met. Assisting in the development and implementation of creative menu items. Ensuring proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment is met.
Must be able to report to work for scheduled shift on time in accordance with company policy.
