Fuqua School in Farmville, VA is seeking a Lower School Division Head with strong leadership skills, a friendly and approachable manner, and a passion for learning and mentoring students and faculty.  The Lower School serves approximately 160 students with 30 faculty and staff. 

Requirements:
 
           Experience teaching at the lower school level and/or prior school administrative experience
 
            Master’s degree in a relevant field
 
            Strong base of knowledge about the developmental level of  young children
 
            A fondness for the age group
 
            A love of the independent school life
