Southside Outreach Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant. We're a small, non-profit organization with room for growth and learning.
Qualifications:
2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, and general knowledge of computer technology.?
Answer phones and greet visitors in a professional and friendlymanner• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Collate and distribute mail to appropriate staff members
• Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices,
reports and other correspondence
• Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and
instructional documents
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions on a daily
basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
• Communications and collaboration: collaborate with other
administrators and support personnel, management and clients
on a regular basis.
• Possess office organizational skills
• Writing: The ability to write professionally, using proper spelling
and grammar.
Salary commensurate based on experience.
