You work hard and strive to meet all your responsibilities both professional and personal. G.H. Vaughan, Regional Manager for Southside Virginia - REACH, will address how to balance work and life with a focus on stress management. G.H. has his Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology, a Master's Degree in Divinity, and a Doctorate Degree in Pastoral Counseling. He has post-graduate training in organizational leadership, family systems, and organizational culture. He carries over 25 years of experience in business settings.
Wayne Adams will also join us for a segment on Self-Defense as a follow-up to September's luncheon on "Protecting Yourself and Your Business."
