This workshop will explore how to use Twitter effectively in business, including topics such as:

- types of tweets and where they appear
- understanding the Twitter timeline
- ideas for using Twitter
- tips for searching Twitter
- finding interesting people to follow
- how to get others to follow you
- sharing files with followers
- sharing photos and images
- using Twitter as a payment platform
