Star Party @ Patrick Henry's Red Hill

Since our last Star Party had to be cancelled due to the weather, we now have a new date! Join us on Saturday, October 17th, from 6:30 to 9:00 PM for Star-Gazing Night: Stars & Stories.

We're excited to be joined by astronomer, Josh Urban! Josh will guide visitors through stargazing and storytelling centered on astronomy and our nation’s history.

Telescopes will be available for viewing the night sky, or bring your own! The evening may even include some banjo and violin playing by Josh and direct Patrick Henry descendant, Patrick Jolly!

This is a rain-or-shine event. If the weather is poor for stargazing, an indoor program will be held, which will include storytelling about the night sky and Patrick Henry’s role in the founding of the nation. This is a family-friendly event. All ages are welcome!
