In honor of Healthcare Decisions Day, celebrated on April 16th, 2024, Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is proud to partner with the South Boston YMCA to hold an Advanced Care lunch & learn.
Vance Midgett, with Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital’s chaplain services, will be providing free Advance Directive Forms, educational materials, and an opportunity to ask questions about:
• Advanced care planning
• Living will
• Healthcare power of attorney
