Join park staff at Staunton River Battlefield for National Kids to Parks Day. This year, our theme is Native Americans. Learn about the ancient technique of spear throwing and then try it for yourself. After the program, tour the Clover Visitor Center to view and touch real Native American artifacts. You can also learn about the archaeological excavation site at the park and more about the Native Americans that once lived here. The Clover Visitor center is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
