HUW Community Project: Gifts of Love Holiday Toy Drive

United Way of Halifax County is sponsoring a community wide toy drive. Many families are unable to celebrate Christmas. The children of these families often lack the most basic items and don?t have much hope of toys under the tree at Christmas. United Way has created an easy way to bring Christmas to these children. You and your staff can participate by purchasing and donating new, non-violent toys for children between the ages of 1-12 years and bring it to the HUW office. With United Way?s vision and community participation we can reach out to struggling families this holiday season.
