Candlelight Restorative Yoga
Join us for a Candlelight Restorative Yoga class that in its relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, can help achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The session is $20 and if you bring a friend, their class is complimentary.
